- ***MOD ISSUED TO EXTEND CLOSING DATE TO 1/6/12*** Contracting Office Address: Defense Logistics Agency, Logistics Operations, DLA Aviation, 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23297-5000 Description: PR NO: IQC11054009048 this solicitation will contain an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years. Destination inspection required. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is as follows 6220-01-446-6221, 30 day's delivery. FOB Destination. Approved sources are: Oshkosh Corp.
