- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) has a requirement for the purchase of 250 each ground strap (pn: 107215-SV), 250 each ventilation inlet valve (pn: 107205), 250 each NBC inlet valve (pn: 107224), and 250 each tube (pn: 106873-1-4-SV. The Government intends to issue sole source award to Windward Enterprises (0UKB6). The statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competitition for this action is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1, when there is a supply or service available only from one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the agency's needs. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole source basis with Windward Enterprises, Cage Code 0UKB6, 516-N Browns Cove Road, Ridgeland, SC 29936. The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (Destination). Solicitation number W911N2-12-T-0041 will be released O/A 09 December 2011, closing date O/A 21 December 2011. The annotated closing date for this solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
