- Present / Past Perfromance Survey (PP Survey), Attachment 3 Present / Past Performance Reference List (PPI), Attachment 2 Performance-Based Work Statement, Attachment 1 Solicitation No. FA5209-12-T-0030 Offer Due Date/time: 1000 hours, 15 Dec 2011 (Japan Standard Time - JST) The contractor shall provide all personnel and supervision necessary to perform contingency food support services for samura café food and beverage operation at Yokota Air Force Base, Japan. The contractor shall be responsible for employing technically qualified personnel to perform the work specified in this Performance-based Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall maintain personnel, organization, and administrative control necessary to ensure work delivered meets this PWS.
