- The Army Contracting Command - Redstone, Redstone Arsenal Alabama intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Lockheed Martin, Missiles and Fire Control, Orlando, FL, Cage Code 04939 to provide Arizona Support Center (ASC) services and Reset of the Modernized Target Acquisition Designation Sight and Pilot Night Vision Sensor (M-TADS/PNVS) for a three (3) year (base and two (2) one (1) year options, for ASC support and three (3) one (1) year options for the reset effort) under the authority and Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources will satisfy agency requirements. This combined effort is comprised of ASC services and Reset services. ASC services consist of the induction, refurbishment, modification, and application of B-kits to legacy and modified legacy components of the M-TADS/PNVS and production support for M-TADS/PNVS systems. Reset consists of the teardown/buildup of the entire system including cleaning, repairing, replacing and refurbishing Line Replaceable Units and Line Replaceable Modules, application of Engineering Change Proposals and Modification Work Orders and repainting.
