- The FAA has a requirement pertaining to the planned Data Comm Trials. The FAA is considering award of a contract to provide a Data Comm Trials Automation Platform (DTAP) adapted to the FAA's interfaces in the tower environment. Attached are the Statement of Work and Specification for the requirement. A schedule constraint is set forth below. To be eligible to receive the SIR pertaining to this requirement, interested vendors must provide a white paper technical proposal demonstrating the ability to supply the DTAP within the technical and schedule constraints identified.
