- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends purchase two (1) Landing Craft Air Cushion Deep Skirt Systems on a limited sources basis from either one or both of the following companies: 1. Avon Engineered Fabrications, Inc 1200 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd Picayune, MS 39466-5427 2. BE Aerospace, Inc. DBA SMR Technology 93 Nettie St Fenwick Rd Fenwick WV 26202-4000 This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. To date, the listed companies are the only sources that have been certified through NAVSEA ™s qualification program for manufacturers fabricating LCAC flexible skirt systems. Companies who feel they can provide the requirement should respond to this notice and provide documentation demonstrating their abilities to provide the requirement. However, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Delivery will be to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, 110 Vernon Ave, Bldg 319, Panama City, FL 32407. The basis for award is a fair and reasonable price. The estimated delivery date is 01 Jul 2012.
