The Government proposes to acquire on a one time buy contract for a quantity of 1 each a DYNAMOMETER, RUN-IN, NSN: 4920-01-582-1275, Part Number: 1464J201-6 applicable to the Flexible Engine Diagnostic System (FEDS) weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 1 each, 203 Days After Contract Award (DACA), Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 1 each 135 Days After Contract Award with delivery to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070-5002. This item is restricted to Concepts ETI, Inc. CAGE CODE: 0C770. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources. It has been determined to be uneconomical to buy the data or rights to the data. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer the part. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
