- The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and expertise to replace the refrigeration units on one (1) Vollrath brand sub-zero walk-in freezer, two (2) Larkin brand walk-in coolers, and one (1) Vollrath brand walk-in cooler and replace seven (7) heavy-duty doors on the freezer and coolers at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), Phoenix, Arizona. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 811310. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The solicitation will be available approximately December 16, 2011, with a projected due date of January 18, 2012, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.
