Description

NSN: 6150-01-229-5476, Cable Assembly, Special Purpose, Electrical. Pre-solicitation notice issued to establish a Firm Fixed Price contract with 100% option. This solicitation is unrestricted. There is no surge requirement for this procurement. Item is not commercial off the shelf. Approved sources I/A/W a part number are: DCX-CHOL Enterprises Inc. (60118) p/n's 68A768211-11HC & 68A768211-11JA and The Boeing Company (76301) p/n's68A768211-11HC & 68A768211-11JA. The total contract quantity is 32 each and the total option quantity is also 32. This part is used on the F-15 Aircraft. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Delivery of production units is 180 days ARO or best available. FOB at Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination will be required. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The anticipated solicitation issue date is December 27, 2011 and the anticipated closing date is January 30, 2012. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https:// www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP). A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters.
