- Sensor Systems Satcom Antenna Solicitation N00421-12-T-0090 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis under the authority of FAR 52.211-6 and under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13, and Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.ccr.gov/vendor.cfm Please contact Donna Owens, email:donna.owens@navy.mil or (v) 301-757-3066 with any questions. Award all or none. Manufacturer must be Sensor Systems Inc. Please see attachment: Please include Shipping Charges to Patuxent River, NAWCAD, MD 20670. Award is expected 12/15/2011. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received by 12/13/2011 before 11:59 pm EST will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
