Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate solely with Accellos Inc. 90 S. Cascade Ave., STE 1200, Colorado Springs, CO 80903, for upgrades to Social Security Administrations Supply Warehouse Management System. This is under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b) (2) 'Soliciting from a Single Source.' This software is proprietary and as such, Accellos, Inc. has exclusive rights and does not authorize resellers or other entities to upgrade or maintain the Product listed above. Information received is solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price contract for one-year. Written responses to this Notice of Intent shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bon-a-fide capability to fulfill this requirement. A solicitation is NOT available. A determination by the Government, not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The government will not pay for any information submitted and responses to this notice must be in writing via email to ida.ryan@ssa.gov, no later than December 16, 2011 at 2:00 pm EST. CALLS OR FAXES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
