Description

The Space and Naval Warfare SystemsCommand (SPAWAR) in support of the Naval Enterprise Networks (NEN) Program Management Office (PMW- 205)/Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) Program is announcing its updated schedule for the release of a Request For Proposal (RFP) and related documents. The program office will NOT be releasing an RFP on December 21, 2011. However, on or about December 19, 2011, PMW- 205/NGEN intends to release an updated draft of Sections L and M for industry review and comment. The updated Sections L and M will contain the latest revisions since the release of the draft RFP in September 2011 and reflect refinements/changes in support of solidifying the Governments requirements. Additionally, the NGEN Program will release the Questions and Answer (Q&As) in response to the industry one-pagers delivered directly to the Program Manager by our Industry Partners on October 20, 2011. The response due date, formatting, method of delivery for comments and any other pertinent information will be outlined in the forthcoming information posting (Sections L and M). The NGEN Program will continue to seek to keep its Industry Partners abreast of its activities as it works towards release of a final RFP.
