- This is a notice of intent of the Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC) at Fort Sam Houston, TX to award a purchase order for a Limited Source Logical Follow-On for 5 months to McKinsey & Co., Inc., 1200 19th St. NW Suite 100 Washington, DC 20036-2412, to provide nonpersonal services to refine and execute written and virtual training packages for knowledge transfer of all elements of the PCTS to all of the AMEDD medical facilities, and to the MEDCOM Chief Nurse Executive, or designee. Exportable training packages and sustainability tools will be refined based on lessons learned and gap analysis results as obtained from the implementation of PCTS. The training program will include a written and virtual package that details the process for knowledge transfer of all elements of the PCTS. The contractor will create additional training programs for use with existing AMEDD remote access training platforms (DCO, share point), and refine and update all current training materials for PCTS and PCTS implementation with a focus on sustainability. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. This is a sole source procurement, the CHCC intends to solicit and negotiate only with McKinsey & Co. Inc. under the authority of PL 104-106 section 4202 (Clinger-Cohen Act) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a). The NAICS code for this procurement is 541611 and the size standard is $7.0 million. Any offers received will be considered. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers.
