- Pre-Solicitation Notice. NAICS code 562910. Lead Based Paint Stabilization on Residential Buildings.The purpose of this contract is to provide lead paint remediation services on residential properties qualified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) at the Omaha Lead Site (OLS) in Omaha, Nebraska. The total possible number of properties within this contract is 450 (inclusive of all options).EPA anticipates this requirement being advertised as a small business set-aside. It will be a performance based, Fixed Price contract that includes incentives.The contractor shall be required to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Removal will be conducted pursuant to the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), as amended by the Superfund Amendments and Authorization Act (SARA), and the National Contingency Plan (NCP).Estimated dollar value for this procurement with options exercised, is in the range of $1,000,000 to $3,000,000. The invitation for Bid (IFB) is anticipated to be issued on or around January 18, 2012 and will be posted at www.epa.gov/oam/regions/index.htm.
