- Correction to the Evaluation Criteria 1 & 2. There were duplicative subfactors between these two areas and that has been corrected. Pre Proposal Slide Presentation Posting of the slides from the Pre-Proposal Conference 12/12/11 and correction to Criterion 1 & 2 of the Evaluation Criteria. Questions and Answers received from 12/8 and those from the Pre-Proposal Conference are being prepared and will be provided as soon as possible. Due to the concerns raised at the Pre-Proposal Conference regarding the Techinical Approach and the offeror providing "slides" and not a narrative description - SAMHSA has considered to increase the page count by 10 pages providing Offerors the opportunity to provide in the Technical Proposal, in addition to the slides, a narrative Technical Approach section. The Offerors will now have a maximum of 10 pages and can use this narrative section to present their technical approach i.e., a hypothetical situation, or further elaborate / support their slides, etc. Making sure that the offerors address sub-factors in the evaluation criteria.
