- Solicitation Number: W9133L-12-R-0016 Notice Type: Sources Sought Synopsis: SOURCES SOUGHT Prevention Response and Outreach (PRO) Services This is a SOURCES SOUGHT synopsis. This SOURCES SOUGHT synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government and is not a solicitation. This notice is to assist the National Guard Bureau in determining potential sources only The National Guard Bureau is seeking potential contractors for a Prevention Response and Outreach contract. At the current time, the type of contract (i.e. IDIQ / BPA) has not yet been determined. If adequate small businesses are available that can complete all aspects of the work enclosed in the draft requirements document, this solicitation will be set-aside for small business concern. The services will include Risk Reduction and Suicide Prevention (R2SP), Sexual Harassment Assault Response Prevention Program (SHARP) and Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment (SAP). The programs that are supported under this contract include, but are not limited to, supporting the following areas: Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment, Suicide Prevention, Sexual Assault Prevention, Data Management, Call Center Support, Information Technology support and services, Resource Management, Risk Reduction, Domestic Abuse, Strategic Communications, Program Management Support, Case Management, Training, Marketing and Behavioral Health. However, this list is not all inclusive. The contract and task orders (or BPA Calls) will be non-personal in nature. The work required will be conducted nation-wide. The Government intends to award one indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract, or a single BPA, for an ordering period of up to 1 year, with 4 option periods (for a total of 5 years) and issue task orders (or BPA Calls) as Labor Hour, Firm Fixed Price or Cost Reimbursable; anticipated maximum ordering value is $100M. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 8322 and North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 624190. The size standard for this NAICS is $7.0 million. No solicitation is currently available. Responses should include the following information: 1. Offerors name, addresses, point of contact, telephone number and e-mail address. 2. Offerors business size to include designation as HUBZone, 8(a), SDVOSB, etc. 3. Statement of capability (SOC). The SOC shall contain pertinent and specific information addressing the following areas: (1) Proof of status if SB, WOSB, SDVOSB, etc.; (2) Expertise in providing services in the area of Prevention Response and Outreach Services; and (3) Demonstration of similar contract performance within the last three years. SOCs are limited to 15 pages and must be received no later than 1:00 P.M. on 23 December 2011. The Offeror may e-mail or mail their response. If e-mailed, the contractor should use the subject line "Prevention Response and Outreach (PRO) Services" and send their response to the below e-mail. If mailed, the contractor should mail their response for this SOURCES SOUGHT to the below POC at the address provided. Any costs incurred as a result of this announcement shall be borne by the Offeror and will not be charged to the Government for reimbursement.
