Scientific Applications International Corporation, McLean, Va. (N62645-12-D-5001); The Geneva Foundation. Lakewood, Wash. (N62645-12-D-5002); The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. Rockville, Md. (N62645-12-D-5003); Lovelace Biomedical and Environmental Research Institute, Albuquerque, N.M. (N62645-12-D-5004); The Arora Group, Inc. Gaithersburg, Md. (N62645-12-D-5005); CAMRIS International, Inc., Bethesda, Md. (N62645-12-D-5006); Luke & Associates, Inc. Merritt Island, Fla. (N62645-12-D-5007); General Dynamics Information Technology, Fairfax, Va. (N62645-12-D-5008); and Clinical Research Management, Inc. Hinckley, Ohio (N62645-12-D-5009), are each being awarded a firm- fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award task order contract to provide the Naval Health Research Center and other facilities with services in support of experimental design, protocol development, data entry, statistical analysis, scientific literature review for research projects, a variety of diagnostic and experimental tests, and ongoing and future research projects. The maximum not-to-exceed amount for all nine contracts combined is $49,900,000. All nine contractors will have an opportunity to compete and propose on each individual task order under the terms and conditions of the awarded contract. All task orders will be in support of research and development efforts being conducted on behalf of the Clinical Investigations Program. Work will be performed at various Navy Military Treatment and Dental Treatment Facilities throughout the continental United States, and work is expected to be completed December 2016. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was solicited using full and open competition, with 10 offers received. The Naval Medical Logistics Command, Fort Detrick, Md., is the contracting activity.
