- Class Justification and Approval for HELLFIRE II Missiles Justification: FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source (except brand name) Solicitation Number: W31P4Q-11-R-0002 Contract Award Number: W31P4Q-11-C-0242 Mod Number: Award Date (MM-DD-YYYY): 07-28-2011 Class Code: 14 - Guided Missiles HELLFIRE II FY11-14 production contract requirements for a maximum total quantity of 24,000 HELLFIRE II missiles in containaers, conversion of a maximum total quantity of 1,800 HELLFIRE II missiles from one model to another HELLFIRE II model, and production of a maximum total quantity of 5,832 HELLFIRE II spare parts, consisting of 40 different national stock numbers (varying quantities). Requirements are for the United States, US Air Force, US Navy and Foreign Military Sales Customers. Contract requirements include option provisions.
