- Delineated Area U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Arizona City: Tucson Delineated Area: Starting point of I-10 and West Clark, I-10 North to an extension of where Franklin Street Avenue would meet I-10, due East on Franklin Street to N. Main Avenue, South on N. Main Avenue to W. Washington, East on W. Washington to N. Meyer Avenue, South on N. Meyer Avenue to W. Telles Street, East on W. Telles Street to N. Court Avenue, South on N. Court Avenue to E. Alameda Street, Northeast on E. Alameda Street to Church Avenue, South on Church Avenue to W. Cushing Street, West on W. Cushing Street to W. Clark, West on W. Clark to I-10. (See attached map) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 33,554 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 35,232 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 6 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): None Parking Spaces (Reserved): 6 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Offered space cannot be shared with U.S. Attorneys or other law enforcement entities. If offered space will share the same floor with another tenant, demising walls separating the tenants are required to be slab-to-slab construction with a minimum STC rating of 40.
