- The purpose of this amendment is to add the previous location of this Conference and preference of the current 43rd Resource Management Conference. 1. Last year's conference was held in San Antonio, TX (Crowne Plaza Riverwalk Hotel) 2. Preferred location: Southeast Region to include Texas 3. As a reminder, a cost analysis of the the location will be conducted and evaluated to determine what's most economical for the government. The Joint Federal Travel Regulation (JFTR) will be used to determine these cost (Per Diem to include Hotel, Airfare, and meals).
