- Description
- A solicitation for award of a firm fixed price contract will be issued on or about November 18, 2011. The OEM and sole approved source is BAE Systems (81395) P/N: 8418859-2. NSN: 6160-01-529-3942; Quantity: 1394 each. FOB: Destination; Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. Delivery: 118 DARO. ABVS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation; In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA-Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this item is BAE Systems Inc., CAGE 81395. Any manufacturer, other than BAE Systems Inc., wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) < https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ > on the issue date cited in the RFP.
