- PR# 0043122968, Anticipated ISSUE DATE 12-27-11/CLOSING DATE 2-6-11 This solicitation to result in a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for a total of 70 each for stock of NSN 1560-01-492-7970, Aircraft Skin. Item Description is in accordance with P/N 160D712151-22. Approved Sources for this NSN are Northrop Grumman, Cage 26512; CPI Aerostructures Inc., Cage 9U679; GSE Dynamic, Cage 29183. This procurement is being solicited as an Unrestricted acquisition, with the intention of awarding a definite quantity contract. This solicitation is issued other than full and open competition i/a/w 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. This item is configuration controlled and a critical application item. Export Control requirements apply to this procurement. Offers must be JCP certified in order to be considered for award. This is an Air Force designated Critical Safety Item. There is a First Article Test requirement for this NSN. There is also an Electronic Mylar. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. PRLI0001, QTY 70 each ship to Hill Air Force Base, Ogden, UT 84056 The following terms apply: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, delivery of production quantities is requested to be 570 days ARO (including FAT and evaluation) or best attainable. There is a Technical Data Package for this NSN. Electronic offers are not acceptable. A paper copy of this solicitation will be available to requestors.
