- PR Request IQC 11319009030, NSN: 5970-01-468-3666, Repair Kit, Electrical, Cable Insulation. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a guaranteed minimum quantity of 267 each with an estimated annual demand of 1067, and a maximum annual Contract of 2135 each. End Item Application: Helicopter, Eagle, F15. This item is manufactured by INSULATION SOURCES, INC. CAGE:51705, P/N BSK-F15A-100. Solicitation is a HUBZONE SET-ASIDE. Only offers from HubZone manufacturers or HubZone dealers furnishing a HubZone manufacturer's product will be considered.. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination. Required delivery is 118 days ARO - which is the average days from the last three previous buy. It is not a Critical Safety Item and it is not commercial. Automated Best Value Systems (ABVS) applies. Solicitation closing date is December 22, 2011. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
