- Solicitation SPM4A6-12-R-1016 will issue on December 30, 2011 with a closing date of January 30, 2012. Purchase Request 0044063890, NSN 4010-01-573-8973, Parts Kit, Wire Rope Assembly. Unit of issue is KT. Solicitation is Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open competition. Non-Commercial and is not Critical Safety Item. DLA-Aviation, DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available to the NSN. Approved source of supply is Master Pull LLC, Cage 3HYB7, Part Number: MP8000K. Unapproved sources must submit a technical data package. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price. Stock Location, CLIN 0001 to DODAAC: W25G1U, DLA Distribution in PA for a quantity is 442 KT. The Requested delivery is 88 days ARO. Automated Best Value System/Past Performance Information Retrieval System (ABVS/PPIRS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination.
