- Description
- The W.G. Hefner VAMC, Salisbury, NC is seeking the services of a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business that will provide all labor and materials to renovate areas, replace windows and abate hazardous material from Building 16 in accordance with plans and specifications. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $33.5M. All work shall be completed within 180 calendar days after date of receipt of notice to proceed. This includes final inspection, punch-list, and clean-up. The estimated dollar amount of this procurement is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Solicitation will be posted on/about 27 December 2011. The date for bid opening will be on/about 27 January 2012. A pre-proposal/walk-through will be held on or about 10 January 2012. These dates are estimates. The actual dates will be stated in the solicitation. The deadline for receipt of questions is ten days prior to the bid opening. The Contracting Officer's email address is Courtney.Redic@va.gov. Firms submitting a bid must be registered at both Central Contractor Registry and Vet Biz (CVE Certified). The Online Representations and Certifications must be completed by each firm submitting a proposal prior to the bid opening date.
