- Succeeding Lease Advertisement - 1TN2068 REQUIRED: Approximately 23,435 BOMA rentable square feet (yielding a minimum of 20,378 USF) of office space, together with 80 surface parking spaces. LOCATION: The total requirement will be satisfied at Royal Parkway Center located at 2505 Perimeter Place Dr., Nashville, TN through a succeeding lease, unless there is an alternate location of equal size and quality, at an economic advantage to the Government, including all tenant improvement costs. Alternate locations must include all costs associated with the physical relocation costs, as well as cost to move data and telecommunications lines. Delineated areas: City of Nashville LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, Five (5) years firm, and beginning on or about May 10, 2012.
