The Social Security Administration is conducting Market Research.....This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for Online Learning(course)Content. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations and in no way obligates the Government to award a contract. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information, for planning purposes in order to create a requirement. SSA requires access to online books through its LMS. The course content must cover these broad areas: Project Management and Certification; IT Courses and Certifications; Business Skills, Communication/Writing/Grammar, and Relationships; Windows and Microsoft Office Skills; Customer Service; Federal Government Legal Compliance; and Leadership and Management. * Please see Attached documents for specific requirements and submit your CAPABILITY STATEMENT.
