- Description
- The Army Contracting Command National Capital Region (ACC-NCR) intends to issue a Request For Proposals (RFP) for technical and analytical services in support of the Army Planning, Programming, Budgeting Business Operating System (PPB BOS) for the Department Chief of Staff (DCS), Army G8, Program Analysis and Evaluation (PAE). This will be a Time and Material (T&M) type contract. The requirement will be unrestricted for full and open competition with businesses under the applicable NAICS Code 541512. The RFP under Solicitation W91WAW-12-R-0009 will be for Full and Open competition in accordance with FAR 6.2; Full and Open Competition after Exclusion of Sources and, FAR Part 15 procedures. The solicitation is expected to be released on or about 1 December 2011. All proposals are expected to be received within 30 days after release of the solicitation. When released, the solicitation can be viewed and downloaded from the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Website. The web address is: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/, select Contracting Opportunities Search, then select ACC-NCR, as the contracting activity or search by the solicitation number. All questions related to this notice must be submitted in writing via e-mail to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist at the email addresses below.
