- This is an update to inform industry that the release of the final request for proposal for PMSS3, solicitation W52P1J-11-R-0059, has been postponed. The expected timeframe has moved from December 2011/January 2012 to February/March of 2012. Additionally, as the Government revalidated its requirements the decision has been made to extend the ordering period for the basic ID/IQ contract to five (5) years from (3) years. However, the estimated ceiling remains unchanged at $461,000,000. Please note that the Performance Work Statement remains largely the same.
