- TACOM-Warren proposes to solicit, negotiate and award a contract on a sole source basis with Walker Power Systems, Incorporated of 1301 E. Jackson Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85034-2306. The purpose of this procurement is to purchase 16 External Auxiliary Power Units (EAPUs) NSN: 6115-01-488-7433, P/N: 12387361-4 for the Abrams M1A1 AIM Main Battle Tank.
