- NSN: 5342-01-365-7306-End Application: YEA PALLETIZED LOADING SYSTEM. This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Bellows, Protection. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Definitive Quantity Contract, for a firm fixed priced buy with no option for a QTY 1911 ea. This is a 1L item the approved sources of supply, OSHKOSH CORPORATION, CAGE 45152, P/N 1876570; GOODYEAR TIRE AND RUBBER CO THE, CAGE 0NTD7, P/N 3B12-304; FIRESTONE INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS CO, CAGE 72413, P/N W01-358-8013. This procurement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination, Delivery: 75 days ARO (Based on Historical Data). Surge and Sustainment is not required as validated in IBMS on October 31, 2011. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about December 29, 2011. The anticipated aviation award date is February 30, 2012. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror's product is equal to the product cited in the AID. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
