- Answers to RFI Questions - 13 Dec 2011 The bid due date is hereby extended one week to a new due date of 19 Dec 2011, by 2:00. This extension is to allow the Request for Information questions to be answered as an attachment to this notice. The attachment should be posted by 13 Dec 2011. All amendments must be acknowledged on the Form 1442 that is submitted with your bid. Failure to acknowledge all ammendments may render your bid unresponsive. All other terms and conditions in this solicitation remain the same. RFI Questions - All Request for Information questions are hereby answered in the "RFI Attachment 1" Please acknowledge reviewing this ammendment when submitting your proposal.
