- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Procurement Office: Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Mission Contracting Office, Fort Knox, Bldg 1109B, STE 250, 199 6th Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121 Response Date: December 15, 2PM: EDT The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Mission Contracting Office (MCO) intends to award on a sole-sourced basis, a contract to the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority for renewal of IPASS Account with Transponder for the Chicago Recruiting Battalion on an as needed basis during the period of 1 October 2011 to 30 September 2012. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. Notwithstanding, any vendor who believes it is capable of meeting the MICC's requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which will be considered only if received by December 15 by 2pm EST. Responses to this posting must be in writing and submitted to timothy.j.elder@us.army.mil by 2pm local time, Fort Knox, Kentucky (EST) on December 15, 2011. A determination not to compete the proposed order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Please note that any prospective offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system at www.ccr.gov prior to award in accordance with FAR part 4.11.
