- The United States Postal Service awarded a Design/Build Competitive GMP type contract for the Customer Contact Center, Troy, MI Contract #104267-12-B-0001. The Customer Contact Center is located at 2351 Bellingham Drive, Troy MI 48083-0002. The award is renovation efforts associated with the renovation of existing 45,000 SF space. Total construction will be completed by March 30, 2012. The works consists of selective demolition and new construction. All work is noted on the plans and specifications issued by the Postal Service request for proposal. Subcontracting goals for this project are: Small Business 40.80%, Minority Business 4.80%, and Women Owned Business 7.70%. The contract was awarded to D. Garcia/Braun JV, 6350 N Sterling Drive, Sterling Heights, MI 48312-4552. Note: interested subcontractors and suppliers may contact the D. Garcia/Braun JV to express their interest.
