Description

Justification & Approval for sole source procurement 13 December 2011 The Air Force District of Washington Contracting Directorate, 1500 Perimeter Road, Ste 2750, Andrews AFB, MD 20762, intends to issue a purchase order for software licenses and user interface software for the Visual Investigative Analysis software using sole source procurement methods. The principal place of performance is Quantico Marine Corps Base in Quantico, VA. The Federal Supply Code for this proposed action is 7030. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed action is 511210. This requirement will not be set-aside for any small business concerns.
