- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Contractor must quote all items listed. Price will include any shipping. Order is FOB Destination. This is a brand name requirement. Requirement is brand name in that only Hewlett Packard or it's authorized business partners can provide upgrade or software support for the items listed. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. NAICS code is 541519 the size standard is $25,000,000. The resulting order will be firm-fixed price.
