- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of Comprehensive Medical Services for the Federal Prison Camp located in Montgomery, Alabama. Quoters are encouraged to submit comprehensive quotes providing all listed output. Quoters who quote less will be evaluated accordingly. Services to be provided include inpatient/outpatient facility services and inpatient/outpatient physician services. The contract type is a requirements type contract with firm fixed unit pricing. The contract shall consist of a Base Year and four 12 month option years for renewal. The estimated quantities for the Base Year and all Option Years are as follows: Inpatient Days, 100 estimated days; Outpatient Visits, 200 estimated visits. Option Year 1: Inpatient Days, 120 estimated days; Outpatient Visits, 220 estimated visits. Option Year 2: Inpatient Days, 140 estimated days; Outpatient Visits, 240 estimated visits. Option Year 3: Inpatient Days, 160 estimated days; Outpatient Visits, 260 estimated visits. Option Year 4: Inpatient Days, 180 estimated days; Outpatient Visits, 280 estimated visits. The solicitation will be made available on/or about January 15, 2012 and will be distributed solely through the General Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is March 15, 2012. Faith Based and Community Based Organizations can submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
