Description

The Contract Service Center, VISN 9, Murfreesboro, Tennessee intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Siemens Water Industry, 323 Hill Avenue, Nashville, TN 37210 to provide Deionized Water Services located both at the Nashville VA Medical Center, Nashville, Tennessee and Murfreesboro VA Medical Center, Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The proposed action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the supplies/services that will satisfy the agency's requirement.
