SF 1449 for Assessment Center The Department of Commerce (Department), Office of Human Resources Management (OHRM) is seeking to implement a cost-effective and valid process, administered by a neutral third party and legally defensible, by which to rank applicants for leadership development and other such programs. The tools associated with this process shall be proven to produce the desired results, placing the most qualified applicants at the top of the list. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the services described in the attached solicitation package.
