- Brand name J&A that provides the justification for the purchase of only Fusion-IO plug in cards. Solicitation HQ0013-12-T-0003 for the purchase of 2, 1.28 TB Fusion IO IO-Drive Duo Plug- In cards. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) has a requirement for two (2), 1.28 TB Fusion-IO IO-Drive Duo Plug-In Cards. The procurement of the cards will assist with the agency's overall goal of increasing efficiency through systematic consolidation and simplification of its virtual and physical server-based IT infrastructure. Only small businesses that are Fusion-io resellers will be considered for award of this order. The item description for the two (2), 1.28 TB Fusion-IO IO-Drive Duo Plug-In Cards is outlined in the attached RFQ. A brand name Justification & Approval (J&A) is also attached.
