SOL FA8100-12-R-0004 SOLICITATION POSTING APPROXIMATE 28 Dec 2011 OC-ALC/PKEA TINKER AFB OK 73145-3303, PR FD203011-40926 For the items listed below: 0001 Tooling for horizontal (B1) and vertical (B2) disassembly and assembly of F117 engine: maintenance requirements. Quantity: 1 LO 12 Months After Receipt of Order Delivery Location: Tinker AFB, OK 0002 F117 Tooling and industrial equipment for fan case, intermediate case, and low pressure compressor disassembly and assembly (B3): maintenance requirements Quantity: 1 LO 12 Months After Receipt of Order Delivery Location: Tinker AFB, OK 0003 F117 tooling and industrial equipment for high pressure compressor module, diffuser and nozzle guide vane modules, and high pressure turbine module disassembly and assembly (B3): maintenance requirements. All work and services are to be performed as called for in Performance Work Statement. The solicitation will be issued electronically through the FEDBIZOPPS website. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. Currently the following sources are approved: Pratt & Whitney Military Engines (CAGE 77445). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with the firm(s) listed. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the Program Director or Contracting Officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
