- PR# IQC11299009027 NSN 1670-01-040-2569 SPM4A7-12-R-1155 PARACHUTE ASSEMBLY, DROGUE ISSUE DATE: 12/28/11 CLOSE DATE: 01/27/12 This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for 1670-01-040-2569. The contract term is a base and four option periods. The maximum contract term is five years. Approved Sources of Supply: AIRBORNE SYSTEMS NORTH AMERICA OF CALIFORNIA INC., CAGE 05QR4 P/N GID21-288-503 GANAR INDUSTRIES INC., CAGE 57688 P/N 191H0106-101 This is a Life Support Item as well as a Critical Application Item and a Critical Safety Item. Configuration Control and Shelf Life Restricitions Apply. Government First Article Testing (FAT) and Textile Testing apply. Solicitation is issued on an Unrestricted Basis utilizing Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources Estimated Annual Demand is 274 each. Guaranteed Minimum is 68 each for the Base Year only. Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 547 each. Minimum Delivery Order Quantity is 68 each. Maximum Delivery Order Quantity is 274 each. SURGE is NOT required. The following terms apply: Inspection/Acceptance Origin FOB Destination, Higher Level Inspection Requirements. Delivery is 125 days for the FAT and Textile sample, 60 days for Government Testing and Evaluation, 125 days for the Production Quantity for a Total of 310 Days. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. The solicitation will be available on or about 12/28/11 and may be obtained at that time by going to https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. Electronic offers are not acceptable.
