Description
The Sources Sought Notice W15QKN-12-X-D008 is being amended to answerquestions as shown below and to clarify that there is no software development involved in this particular effort. 1)Q: Does this project involve the development/maintenance of Apache OFP software and thus require a software build environment for OFP or other software? A: No. 2)Q: Is the project to perform SETA/independent V&V functions to assist in software requirements verification, software testing and aircraft or SIL testing of software components from the prime or third party vendor? A: Effort is to assist in requirement verification through analysis of test data from prime vendor. 3)Q: What is the anticipated place of performance for this activity? A: Contractor site. 4)Q: What computer resources are anticipated to be provided by the contractor: specifically hardware and components of the software development environment required for Block I, II and II? A: Contractor test environment and resources at contractor site. The test environment is located at the prime vendor site therefore no hardware components or software development environment will be provided. 5)Q: Do software environments for Blk I, II and III need to be supported simultaneously? A: No environment would be provided. 6)Q: Will any V&V activities require hardware-in-the-loop testing? A: No. 7)Q: For item b) in the second paragraph of the RFI, is there an existing software test environment and if so, where is it located? A: Existing contractor environment at contractor site. Software Test Environment located at prime vendor(s) site 8)Q: Are there any Industry Day like slides that provide additional details about this effort that can be easily provided? A: No.
