Description

This is a presolicitation announcement for The Department of Veterans Affairs, John D. Dingell Medical Center, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, Michigan 48201. A Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about December 23, 2011 to remove and replace the radiator cores on eight (8) diesel generators. All generators are Caterpillar 3508 Diesel Generator Sets rated at 600kW each. Contractor shall be factory trained and a certified by generator manufacturer, Caterpillar Corporation. Service technicians shall have five years of experience performing similar or like repair work. This contract performance shall be an estimated 30 days from award. RFQ will be posted on or about December 23, 2011. The estimated RFQ will be due on or about December 29, 2011.
