- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. Synopsis will be follows. A separate written solicitation on M67400-12-T-0021 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 13 December 2011. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-41 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The NAICS code is 327111. This procurement consistutes Item 0001 and 0002. Required Items is for water closet. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer is the most advantageous to the Government considering price, technical acceptability and delivery.
