Description
This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposal being requested a written solicitation, continuation sheet of description and drawings will be uploaded via word/pdf. Set a Side is for 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned SB This combined synopsis/solicitation shall be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N00604-12-T-0047. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-54 and DFARS Change Notice 20111207. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
