- Replacement solicitation. Changes highlighted in green. SF-30 - sign and return. Amendment 1 adds FAR Clause 52.204-9. Also adds "Contractor is responisble for payment of $125.00 for each background check performed:". This is a replacement solicitation package. Changes per this amendment are highlighted in yellow. Bid opening date remains December 30, 2011, at 2 p.m. local time. Amendment 2 changes, additions, and deletions per this amendment follows: 1. GIS building only requires the main entry room be vacuumed. No janitorial to be performed on floors or equipment in side rooms. No janitorial services required at all during the months of January, February, or March. 2. Only upolstered furniture in public reception ares needs to be vacuumed, and only needs to be done once per week. 3. Vacuum door mats, sweep porches, and access walks only needs to be done once per week. This is a replacement solicitation package. Changes per this amendment are highlighted in green. Bid opening date remains December 30, 2011, at 2 p.m. local time.
