- Modification No. 02 to Pre-Solicitation Notice posted on November 23, 2011. Applicable responses to questions and requests for information received as of December 14, 2011, are provided below. 1. Under SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS, it states that "It is recommended that submissions be spiral bound or put together in three ring binder(s) and developed and assembled in a manner that chronologically corresponds to and addresses the Technical Evaluation Criteria." Do we address the Technical Evaluation Criteria within the SF 330 form in Section H - Additional Information? If so, is there a page limit? You may address the Technical Evaluation Criteria in any way that you choose as long as it is organized in such a way that it is logical and evident in regards to which criterion is being addressed. While there is no limit on the SF-330 forms, there is a 20 double-sided page limit for additional information NOT included in the SF-330(s) that supplement your submission. 2. Response Date of January 9, 2012, remains unchanged. END OF MODIFICATION
