- Sources Sought Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 VA Healthcare System is requesting information related to vendors capable of providing high performance shaver system equipment for arthroscopic surgery (including motor drives) to the VA Medical Center in Salisbury, North Carolina. We are seeking an Equipment Loan agreement for the shavers and motor drives (at no charge) with commitment to purchase all related consumables from vendor during the contract term. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement only. A determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only, and does not constitute a solicitation or a commitment by the Government to later publish a solicitation. This is not a request for bids, quotes, or proposals. No solicitation document is available, and telephone inquiries will not be honored. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Interested parties may submit their product literature and related consumable list, and include POC information, business size, and DUNS number.
