- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Polk, Louisiana will issue a Request for Quote for providing extended warranty coverage, maintenance services, and repairs to the Dining Facility's (DFAC) cash register equipment, hardware, and software at the Baynes-Jones Army Community Hospital (BJACH), Fort Polk, Louisiana. The Contractor shall provide all management, labor, materials, equipment, storage, and transportation necessary to perform all required work in accordance with (IAW) the plans and specifications prescribed on the Statement of Work (SOW). The resulting contract is for one year with the period being from 24 January 2012 to 23 January 2013 as a service contract. The applicable NAICS code is 524128. Solicitation will be issued on or about 13 December 2011 with offer due date on or about 16 December 2011. The solicitation and any amendments will be posted and available for view and download at: http://www.jrtc-polk.army.mil/doc/contractor1.htm (click on Public Postings link) in addition to ASFI as no paper copies will be issued. Faxes are not authorized. Interested parties should review their Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE code), be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) and Online Certification and Representation Application (ORCA). This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract. FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures will be used for this procurement.
